Since installing iGetter 2.3 the downloads have been via the download manager within Internet Explorer. To make sure that downloading is through iGetter do I have to activate a preference somewhere?

Hello Barry,
The reported problem may appear if you've installed a new version of iGetter and then you've deleted the old one (or if you have two or more instances of iGetter installed). In such case iGetter browser plug-in can't find the iGetter application on your HD.

To fix the problem quit Internet Explorer and then turn off then back on the iGetter "Integrate with Internet Browsers" Tools menu function.
