Hi there,

I recently purchased iGetter and its all great but just a question regarding an option once a file has been downloaded.

Is there a way to *not* uncompress/execute/mount whatever you download and just save the file?

I can't seem to find the option anywhere..

Hello Stephen,
Try to turn off "Post process files" option at iGetter preferences, General panel.

In fact, if it there was a way to turn off post processing if iGetter is scheduled to turn off computer after done it would be great.

If we speak about a huge .sitx file or big dmg , if iGetter orders system to shut down, whatever processing file can cancel shutdown as its busy. Its in fact good thing, e.g. a half expanded archive can be bad thing.

I have seen my mac cancelled shutdown after a big file download (trying to mount disk with verify).

Just a trivial suggestion ;)
